The Council will consider whether to award the Honorary Freedom of the City of Lincoln to Rob Bradley. The report pack describes him as having made an outstanding contribution to the City

that the Mayor and Citizens of the City of Lincoln do confer the Honorary Freedom of the City upon Rob Bradley in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the City [...] By this, the most honourable distinction, which is its privilege to bestow, the Council can pay tribute to his outstanding achievements and to express the high esteem in which he is held. The document goes on to list the ways in which Mr Bradley is said to have helped the city, including
being instrumental in support of Lincoln City Football Club, helping to keep the club afloat in difficult times, setting up a supporters trust and becoming its inaugural chair, and helping the club to avoid administration and become profitable.
