Sarah Anne Lees Charitable Trust

The committee will receive a verbal update on the Sarah Anne Lees Charitable Trust, which receives proceeds from 146 Werneth Hall Road. They will also be updated on an application to the Charity Commission for permission to spend up to 100% of the Trust's capital.
