The sub-committee was scheduled to decide whether to grant a new Premises Licence to TN Brothers Ltd for 1 Telegraph Mews.

The application requested permission for:

• Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises
  • Monday to Sunday 00:00 – 23:59 hours (24 hours)

The application was for an online alcohol delivery service based in a ground-floor garage. The applicant proposed a schedule of conditions to be attached to the licence to promote the licensing objectives.

Two representations had been received from members of the public opposing the application.

The meeting was the result of an adjournment to a prior meeting on 1 November 2024 that had taken place to consider the same application.

It has become apparent during the course of this hearing that the postcode provided on the application form is incorrect. It has also become apparent that as a result, the photographs provided in the papers do not show the Premises.
