The meeting concerned a decision notice about an amendment made to the Scheme of Officer Delegations by the Leader of Dover District Council. The amendment would permit the Section 151 Officer1 to authorise projects using Section 106 monies2.
The amendment is intended To ensure the timely release of funds to enable projects identified within s106 agreements to be delivered.
