Dover Town Centre Regeneration
The Cabinet was scheduled to discuss
project(s) enabling, partnership, feasibility and delivery-related approvals
relating to theDover Town Centre Regeneration
.Albany Place car park
The Cabinet was also scheduled to discuss the appointment of professional consultants to progress development of the Albany Place car park for affordable housing.
Deal leisure centre
The Cabinet was scheduled to consider a report about funding and progressing a new Deal leisure centre to the next stage of development.
Wingfield Place, Deal
The Cabinet was also scheduled to consider a report about approving the purchase of a newly built 3G pitch and clubhouse at Wingfield Place in Deal for community use.
The Bench building
Finally, the Cabinet was scheduled to consider a report about the approval of heads of terms for leases and agreements relating to The Bench building on Bench Street (subject to confirmation).
Reason for private discussion
The notice stated that these reports would be considered in private because the council believes they contain:
Information which is exempt under paragraph 3 (Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information)) of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.
