The Budget Scrutiny Inquiry Task and Finish Group meeting was scheduled to discuss the council's draft budget and capital programme for the upcoming financial years. Councillor John Chilver, Cabinet Member for Accessible Housing & Resources, was scheduled to present the priorities and overarching strategy for the budget within his portfolio. The inquiry group was to then question him on these matters.
