Summary
The Appeals Board of Gloucestershire Council convened on Tuesday 8 July 2025, primarily to address appeals related to charges for home to school transport. This decision was made under the provisions of Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972, specifically Schedule 12A, paragraphs 4, 5, and 7, which relate to information concerning individuals, financial assistance, and business affairs.
