The Licensing Act Sub-Committee convened to elect a chair for the meeting, and then to discuss an application for the review of a premises licence. The committee approved a motion to exclude the press and public from the discussion of the application, and then approved the recommendations in the report. Councillor Jon Tandy was elected as Chairman of the Sub-Committee for the duration of the meeting.
Application for the Review of a Premises Licence
The Sub-Committee approved the recommendations in the report regarding an application for the review of a premises licence.

Exclusion of Press and Public
The Sub-Committee approved a motion to exclude the press and public from the meeting during the discussion of the application for the review of a premises licence. This was because the discussion was expected to involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined by Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 19721.
Election of Chairman
Councillor Jon Tandy was elected Chairman of the Licensing Act Sub-Committee for the duration of the meeting.
