The Cabinet of Torbay Council met to discuss the proposed adoption of the Torbay Local Plan, consider a report on the progress of the Torbay Story, and review the council's Quarter 1 Performance and Resources.
Torbay Local Plan 2024-2040
The Cabinet was scheduled to discuss the Torbay Local Plan 2024-2040. The local plan is a document that guides future development in the area1. It outlines the vision, objectives, and policies for how land should be used and developed over a specific period. The Torbay Local Plan will eventually be submitted to the Secretary of State for examination.

Torbay Story
