Ael y Bryn, Rhiw, Pwllheli
A full application was submitted for the demolition of an existing dwelling and garage at Ael y Bryn and the construction of a new three-bedroom house in its place. According to the report pack, the applicant confirmed that the property would be a social house, with Cyngor Gwynedd's Housing Options Team leading on the allocation process jointly with Cynefin.
The Senior Planning Officer noted that Councillor Gareth Williams, the Local Member, objected to the proposal.
Cefn Graianog, Llanllyfni, Caernarfon
An application was submitted under Section 73 of the Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 1 of planning permission C20/1063/22/AC for Cefn Graianog Quarry to allow a four-year extension for the completion of mineral operations and restoration.
The application site is an extension area to the eastern flank of the main extraction area, approximately 530m from the Llŷn Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty1 to the west, with the Eryri National Park2 approximately 1,500m to the southeast.
Land to the west of Ysgol Gynradd Tudweiliog, Tudweiliog, Pwllheli
A full application was submitted for a change of use of land to create a new cemetery for the village of Tudweiliog and vicinity, including works to create an access and parking area, and landscaping.
Treetops, 3 Bryn Eithinog, Bangor
A householder application was submitted for a two-storey side extension and alterations to Treetops, 3 Bryn Eithinog.
