Here is a summary of the scheduled discussions for the Thurrock Council Health and Wellbeing Board meeting on 16 September 2025. LeDeR is a programme that aims to improve the lives of people with learning disabilities by reviewing deaths and identifying areas where care can be improved2. The report covers pages 111-214 of the agenda.
