Lancashire County Developments Ltd - Business Plan and Half-Yearly Update

The committee received an update on the services provided by Lancashire County Developments Limited (LCDL), including its draft Annual Report and Business Plan for 2025-26. The committee endorsed the development of a detailed business case for further investment in Lancashire Business Park, linked to the lease renewal of major tenant Navigator. Additionally, a recommendation was made for officers to produce a separate report detailing the potential implications of Local Government Reorganisation on LCDL's assets and supported services. The LCDL Company Business Plan for 2025-26, as approved by the LCDL Board of Directors, was also endorsed.
