Lochhouse Tower, Moffat

The agenda included a review of the refusal of planning permission in principle ( Ref: 24/1764/PIP) for the erection of a dwellinghouse (Class 9[^2]) and detached domestic garage, as well as the installation of a septic tank and soakaway on land to the north-west of Lochhouse Tower, Moffat.

The review was requested after the planning officer refused permission in principle.

Fostermeadow, Carrutherstown, Dumfries

The Local Review Body was scheduled to consider a review of the refusal of planning permission (Ref: 23/2407/FUL) for the formation of a hardstanding area, the siting of a residential caravan, and the installation of a septic tank and soakaway (retrospective) at Fostermeadow, Carrutherstown, Dumfries.

The application was for retrospective planning permission.

North Port O'Spittal, Portpatrick

The agenda included a review of conditions 2 and 5 of a Matters Specified in Conditions application (Ref: 24/2579/ARC) relating to the erection of a dwellinghouse, garage, outbuilding and formation of access at North Port O'Spittal, Portpatrick. The application concerned the approval of matters specified in conditions 3 (layout), 4 (design), 5 (external appearance) and 6 (landscaping) of planning permission in principle 23/2760/PIP.
