The King's Lynn and West Norfolk Council Planning Committee convened on Thursday 4 September 2025 to consider planning applications. The Planning Committee was scheduled to conduct a site visit to 8 Park Hill in Dersingham at 9.30 am, prior to the main meeting. The purpose of the visit was to assess planning application 25/01036/F, which concerns proposed extensions and alterations to the property. The proposals included:
- Creating a new first floor.
- Providing a new roof structure.
- Adding a porch.
Following the site visit, the Planning Committee was scheduled to reconvene at 10.30 am in the Council Chamber at the Town Hall, Saturday Market Place, King's Lynn to determine the application.
