Planning Applications

The council was scheduled to review the following planning applications:

• Dunedein, Upper Tribute Avenue, Cwmcarn, Newport, NP11 7ER A proposal was made to create a vehicle parking bay in front of the property.
• Health Centre Unit B, East Avenue, Bedwas, Caerphilly, CF83 8AE A request was made to change the use of the property from a doctor's surgery to a residential flat. • Land At Grid Ref 316002 199541 Ty Fry Road East Ul, Aberbargoed An application was submitted to erect 14 dwellings with integral or detached garages, two flats, and associated surrounding works. The site area is 10425m². This application was expected to be decided at a delegated level[^2]. • 1 High Close, Nelson, Treharris, CF46 6HJ A proposal to erect a two-storey side extension, convert the garage, and create off-road parking was under consideration.
• 81 Dol-y-pandy, Bedwas, Caerphilly, CF83 8HL An application was made to erect a first-floor extension.
