The Licensing and Appeals Board of King's Lynn and West Norfolk Council is scheduled to convene on Wednesday, 8th October 2025, to discuss a single item of business. Review of an Existing Combined Driver's Licence
The board is scheduled to review an existing combined driver's licence. This review will be informed by two documents:
- A document outlining the procedure for determining Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Licence applications and Disciplinary Hearings.
- A report from the Senior Licensing Officer, Craig Pease.
The agenda for the meeting notes that both of these documents are restricted because they contain exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 19721. As such, the press and public may be excluded from the meeting during the discussion of this item.
