Car Park Railway Station, Black Lion Hill, Northampton
The committee deferred a decision on application WNN/2023/0083, concerning the Car Park Railway Station, Black Lion Hill, Northampton. The reasons for deferral are to be set out in the minutes. The hybrid planning application sought part full and part outline consent for the redevelopment of land at Northampton Station. Full consent was sought for Phase 1, including the construction of a multi-storey car park and public realm works. Outline consent was sought for Phase 2, including details of means of access and scale for the construction of a six-storey residential block and a five-storey hotel.

The committee refused application S/2020/2337/MAO, concerning Podium Business Park, Shacks Barn Farm, A43, Oxford Road, Silverstone, NN12 8TB. The reasons for refusal are to be set out in the minutes. The outline application, with all matters reserved except access, was for a proposed mixed-use employment site comprising Use Class E (g) (Officers, R&D and Industrial Processes), Class B2 (General Industrial) and B8 (Storage and Distribution), including complimentary uses and associated works.
