Summary
The Wandsworth Borough Council Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education (SACRE) met on Monday 3 November 2025. The agenda included a presentation on interfaith relations, an introduction to the Multi-Faith Forum, and updates on faith trails and Faith Direct sessions. School Inspections

Hotham Primary School Ofsted inspectors rated the school as outstanding in all areas. The report noted that:
The school has structured its personal, social and health education programme meticulously. Through a variety of assemblies, lessons and events, pupils gain knowledge about different faiths, cultures and backgrounds.
Trinity St Mary's Church of England Primary School SIAMS inspectors found the school was enabling pupils and adults to flourish, and identified several strengths, including that:
The Christian vision is inclusive and aspirational. It is a driver for the school's ethos and identity, creating a positive and nurturing environment in which pupils can flourish.
The report also suggested development points, including ensuring there are rigorous systems to evaluate the impact of the Christian vision.
St George's Church of England Voluntary Aided Primary School SIAMS inspectors stated that St George's biblically rooted Christian vision provides a reference point for what is happening in the school's life, learning and direction.
Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School CSI inspectors stated that Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School is a very special community, and that they are welcoming and supportive to all and serve the Lord with joy.
Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Primary School CSI inspectors stated that Our Lady Queen of Heaven school is a community where the Catholic life and mission is central to its raison d'être.
Interfaith Relations
Lord Khan of Burnley was scheduled to give a short presentation on interfaith relations.
Multi-Faith Forum
Dianne Jones, Voluntary Sector Strategy and Partnership Manager, was scheduled to provide information about the Multi-Faith Forum.
Faith Trails
The council was scheduled to receive a verbal update on the Faith Trails, and discuss the possibility of open days for members of the public.
Faith Direct
The council was scheduled to receive a verbal update on the Faith Direct session.
