The Royal Greenwich Local Planning Committee is scheduled to meet to discuss several planning applications, including proposals for houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) and the amalgamation of commercial units. The meeting will be held in Committee Rooms 4 & 5 at the Town Hall, Wellington Street, Woolwich.
HMO Planning Applications
The committee is scheduled to review and discuss multiple applications related to changing properties into houses in multiple occupation (HMOs). These include:
- 16 Montbelle Road, Eltham, SE9 3PB: The committee is asked to consider granting full planning permission for a change of use from a single dwelling house (Class C31) to a 4-bed, 4-person HMO (Class C42), along with associated works.
49 Admaston Road, Plumstead, SE18 2TU: The committee is asked to consider granting full planning permission for a change of use from a single-family dwelling (Use Class C3) to a 5-person HMO (Use Class C4), including the construction of a rear dormer, and the provision of refuse and cycle storage.
31 Bostall Lane, Abbey Wood, SE2 0NH: The committee is asked to consider granting full planning permission for a change of use from an existing dwelling (Use Class C3) to a 6-bed, 6-person HMO (Class C4). The proposal also includes the construction of a single-storey rear extension and rear infill extension, construction of an L-shaped rear dormer, loft conversion, rooflights, and the provision of cycle and refuse storage.
304-308 Creek Road, Deptford, SE10 9SW
The committee is asked to consider an application for the amalgamation of two existing ground floor commercial units into a single unit, to create a single Use Class E(a)3 commercial unit. This is a resubmission of a previous application.
