The Senior Licensing Enforcement Officer presented a report, and the Area Workshop Depot Manager provided information regarding the mechanical workings of the vehicle. The applicant was invited to address the Sub-Committee. The Sub-Committee resolved to issue the applicant a written warning for six months.
