Advertisements on the venue's website and displayed at the premises falsely claimed licensing until 02:00. The report noted that Mr. Jahaj was contacted regarding these alleged unauthorised licensable activities. Further, on 16 November 2025, Metropolitan Police officers observed the premises open and trading at approximately 01:00, with music playing and customers present. The manager reportedly stated they had not applied for an extension.

The review application was supported by representations from the Police, who highlighted concerns about continued operation outside permitted hours, demonstrating a disregard for licence conditions and licensing objectives. One Other Person also made representations in support of the review, detailing disturbances from loud music extending into the early morning hours, affecting families with young children.
