The sub-committee considered the process for appointing an Independent Co-opted Member to the Audit, Risk and Governance Committee. Following a review of applications, it was resolved that three candidates would be invited to interview at the sub-committee's next meeting. The interview process and questions were also approved, subject to minor amendments. This decision was made during a part of the meeting that was not open to the press and public, due to the likely disclosure of exempt information.
