Lancashire Environmental Fund – Service Performance Review, Draft Accounts 2025 and Corporate Governance Checklist 2026

The committee received an update on the services provided by the Lancashire Environmental Fund. They noted the draft annual accounts for the year ending 2025, with the audit scheduled for April. The Corporate Governance Checklist, as detailed in Appendix C, was approved. The committee also noted that the Lancashire Environmental Fund is to be wound down in an orderly manner according to proposed timelines.

Work Programme 2026-27

The committee approved the updated work programme for 2026-27. This revised programme includes an increase in the number of meetings to five per year, with the aim of having no more than two companies report to each meeting, except in exceptional circumstances. This adjustment is intended to provide a more even spread of business throughout the year.
