Licensing Sub-Committee - Thursday, 23rd October, 2025 1.00 pm

The Kensington and Chelsea Licensing Sub-Committee met to consider an application for a variation of a premises licence for Pizzetta, located at 22 Bute Street. The application requested permission to include an outside seating area as a licensed area, and to add the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises. The sub-committee was notified that relevant representations had been made concerning the application.

Full Council - Wednesday, 22nd October, 2025 6.30 pm

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea's Full Council met on 22 October 2025, and addressed the borough's medium-term financial strategy, adopted an updated local code of corporate governance, and approved changes to standing orders and the municipal timetable. Councillors also debated motions on pension fund investments in temporary accommodation, becoming a Borough of Sanctuary, street scene enhancements, changes to the Integrated Care Board[^2], and council tax waivers for terminally ill residents.

Planning Applications Committee - Tuesday, 21st October, 2025 6.30 pm

The Kensington and Chelsea Planning Applications Committee were scheduled to review a number of planning applications at a meeting on 21 October 2025. These included applications for building extensions and alterations, as well as the demolition and rebuilding of a dwelling.

Licensing Committee - Thursday, 16th October, 2025 10.00 am

The Kensington and Chelsea Licensing Committee met to discuss and note the proposed revisions to the council's statement of licensing policy 2026-2031, which is required under the Licensing Act 2003. The committee reviewed feedback from a public consultation and considered amendments to the policy. The updated policy will be presented to the Leadership Team and then to the Full Council for adoption.

The Licensing Sub-Committee of Kensington and Chelsea Council was scheduled to convene to consider an application for a new premises licence. The application was for Robin's Ramen, located at 7 Kensington Mall, and had received relevant representations, triggering a hearing to determine its outcome. The Sub-Committee was to determine whether the application should be granted, and if so, what conditions should be attached to the licence.
