Renewal of Microsoft Enterprise Agreement 2025-2028

At the end of July 2025 our current three-year Enterprise License Agreement with Microsoft will expire. Expenditure against this standard item forms part of the annual IT Business base budget and is renewable every three years. The Enterprise Agreement includes licensing for all Microsoft products used across the Council IT estate, including items such as servers, application software, Office products and Outlook email accounts.
