Tynedale Community Partnership - Tuesday, 16th September, 2025 6.00 pm

Here is a summary of the items scheduled for discussion at the Tynedale Community Partnership meeting. The meeting was scheduled to include a presentation on Prudhoe Community High School, and an interactive session on the council's budget and corporate plan. County Council - Wednesday, 10th September, 2025 3.00 pm

Northumberland County Council met on 10 September 2025, and agreed to increase the budget for the Northumberland Line project by £37.9 million, commence a county-wide Community Governance Review, and also discussed corporate performance and annual reports from cabinet members.

Rights of Way Committee - Wednesday, 27th August, 2025 10.00 am

The Northumberland County Council Rights of Way Committee convened to discuss several applications and reviews concerning public rights of way and village green status in the region. The committee resolved to arrange a non-statutory public inquiry into an application for village green status at The Fields, Hexham, and also made decisions regarding alleged public bridleways in Akeld & Kirknewton, Carham, Belsay and Matfen.

Corporate Services and Economic Growth OSC - Monday, 21st July, 2025 10.00 am

The Corporate Services and Economic Growth Overview and Scrutiny Committee of Northumberland Council was scheduled to meet on 21 July 2025. The agenda included a review of the council's risk management strategy, a financial performance report, and a debt recovery update. Also scheduled was the establishment of a task and finish group to review the member enquiry process.

Licensing and Regulatory Subcommittee - Thursday, 17th July, 2025 10.00 am

The Licensing and Regulatory Subcommittee of Northumberland Council was scheduled to meet on Thursday, 17 July 2025. The agenda included the election of a chair and a review of reports from the Cabinet Member for Public Safety, which were to be discussed in private. Councillors were also expected to disclose any relevant interests.
