...to comply with the Housing Ombudsman's Statutory Complaint Handling Code, the Cabinet approved the revised Corporate Complaints Policy and delegated authority to the Service Director for Digital, HR and Customer Services, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Customers and Business Transformation and the Service Director for Housing, to approve future minor changes.

...that the Council approved the final proposal for local government reorganisation in Derbyshire, adopted Option B as the base proposal, authorised seeking approval to modify the boundaries, and adopted Option B1 as the basis for modifying those boundaries, while also authorising the Chief Executive to make minor amendments and submit the proposal to the Secretary of State.
