Under these regulations we have 28 days in which to object (or not) to the draft LNRS being published for consultation and, prior to final publication we have to 28 days to confirm that we are content for it to be published. As these timescales may not fit with Cabinet timetables, a delegated authority will be proposed to allow for reponses to be summitted within the specified time
