Housing Revenue Account Forensic Review EXE25-096

...that a total of £4.49 million be transferred from the General Fund to the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) to rectify past financial errors related to the Sheerwater Estate Regeneration Project and to compensate the HRA for interest, with the transfer funded by an existing legacy risk reserve, while the transfer of the Yellow Phase land remains paused.
