2025-26 Budget Setting, Council - Wednesday 26 February 2025 7.00 pm

This meeting was the last meeting of Hackney Council for the 2024/25 municipal year, and included a wide-ranging set of reports, a review of the proposed budget for 2025/26 and a number of motions submitted by the Green and Labour groups.

Additional, Pensions Committee - Thursday 20 February 2025 6.00 pm, NEW

This meeting was scheduled to include training sessions on climate risk disclosures and the triennial valuation process, as well as the annual report on the committee's activities. The meeting also included the potential exclusion of the press and public for some items.

Health in Hackney Scrutiny Commission - Thursday 13 February 2025 7.00 pm

The Commission heard from Dr Kirsten Brown, the incoming Clinical Director for City and Hackney about the Enhanced Primary Care Services and the risk that funding for some of them might not continue after April 2025. The meeting concluded with a discussion with Keep Our NHS Public representatives about the Integrated Care Board's budget overspend.

Council - Setting of Council Tax and Local Business Rates 2025/26, Council - Wednesday 29 January 2025 7.00 pm

The agenda for this meeting is a mixture of local and national concerns, ranging from the appointment of new Councillors to positions on committees, to motions that are intended to bring national issues to the attention of the government.
