Homes and Neighbourhoods Service Governance Review

...the Cabinet noted the service risks, approved the proposed governance structure changes including renaming the Homes and Neighbourhoods Improvement Board to the Homes and Neighbourhood Assurance Board, broadening its scope, adding two new officer operational boards, and expanding the remit of the Transformation Board.

...the Kirklees co-ordinated admission schemes for 2027/28, including in-year admissions, and the admission arrangements for Kirklees community and voluntary controlled schools for 2027/28, including updated tie-break arrangements and admission requests for out of normal year group, were approved, along with the Published Admission Numbers (PAN) for each community and voluntary controlled school, which included decreases for Birkby Junior School, Dalton School, and Roberttown CE (VC) J & I School.
