For Cabinet to approve the new iteration of Ermine Street Housing Business Plan, which is refreshed annually. The report is public, but the Business Plan is exempt by virtue of paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) (Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information).

Renewal of the Cambridgeshire Home Improvement Agency Service Level Agreement

...to ensure continued support for disabled and vulnerable residents, the Cabinet approved the renewal of the Cambridgeshire Home Improvement Agency shared service for three more years, along with delegated authority for the Lead Member for Housing to potentially increase fees by up to 5% to maintain financial stability.
