...to facilitate the construction of five new council homes at Woodman Close, Sparsholt, the Cabinet authorized the Corporate Head of Asset Management to award a JCT Design & Build Contract, negotiate related agreements, approved a budget increase of £101,000 to meet the total scheme cost of £2,057,000, and agreed to deploy S106 affordable housing developer contribution funding, with the Strategic Director authorized to deploy additional funding or increase rents if Homes England funding is insufficient.
