The application seeks to remove a condition preventing patrons from taking drinks outside and to add off-sales of alcohol as a licensable activity. Royal Greenwich Council met in December 2025 to discuss a range of issues, including approving a draft local plan for consultation, adopting a revised licensing policy, and addressing community safety and road repairs through dedicated motions. Councillors also noted updates on treasury management and strategic risks.

Organisation and Communities Scrutiny Panel - Thursday, 20th November, 2025 6.30 pm

The Organisation and Communities Scrutiny Panel were scheduled to meet to discuss member's casework performance, customer service performance, and to commission future reports. The meeting was scheduled to be held in Committee Rooms 4 & 5, Town Hall, Wellington Street, Woolwich and was open to the press and public. Councillor Joshua Ayodele, Chair of Organisation and Communities Scrutiny Panel, was scheduled to chair the meeting.

Transport and Place Scrutiny Panel - Thursday, 13th November, 2025 6.30 pm

The Royal Borough of Greenwich Transport and Place Scrutiny Panel met on 13 November 2025, to discuss the Flood Risk Strategy and Surface Water Management Plan, and Estate Regeneration within the borough. The panel also reviewed the commissioning of future reports.

The council meeting held on 29 October 2025 included discussion of petitions, changes to executive function schemes of delegation, and several motions concerning local issues. Councillors were also scheduled to answer questions from the public and from other members.
