Transitional Accommodation Capital Programme (TACP) - proposed property acquisitions

The report seeks authority to purchase four recently converted one- and two-bedroom flats in Holywell due for completion shortly. As the cumulative value of the properties is likely to be in excess of £500,000, Cabinet approval is sought to make an offer to purchase the dwellings subject to contract, survey and Welsh Government approval.
