Pension Fund Committee - Monday, 1st December, 2025 2.00 pm

The Buckinghamshire Council Pension Fund Committee convened to discuss key aspects of the fund's performance and governance, including agreeing to adopt the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) asset classes in setting the Fund's Strategic Asset Allocation, and approving an outline transition plan for the Buckinghamshire Pension Fund Investment Assets to join the London CIV [^2] pool. The committee also reviewed the fund's carbon footprint, training plan, and conflicts of interest policy.

The High Wycombe Town Committee met to discuss the Wycombe Vision, receive updates from Thames Valley Police and on town centre development, and to review financial reports and project updates. The committee was also scheduled to discuss updates from its action groups and to review the Cabinet Forward Plan.

The West Buckinghamshire Area Planning Committee met on 19 November 2025, and approved the redevelopment of St Michael's Catholic School subject to conditions, after hearing from the public. Councillors also agreed on the date of the next meeting and the availability of members for site visits.

The Buckinghamshire Council Schools Forum met to discuss Dedicated Schools Grant (DSG) budget monitoring and consultation outcomes.
