Pay to Park, Executive Decision - Tuesday, 4th February, 2025 3.00 pm

This Executive Decision meeting was about potential changes to Pay to Park (P2P) restrictions in Waltham Forest, including the removal of free parking periods and the standardisation of enforcement hours. Consultation responses and petitions against the proposals were included in the report pack. The Climate Scrutiny Committee's recommendations for supporting residents with alternative travel options were also included.

The meeting of the Shareholder Committee included an update on the financial performance of Waltham Forest Services Ltd, an update on Evolve Norse's performance, and consideration of proposed changes to Waltham Forest Services Ltd's articles of association.

Cabinet - Tuesday, 14th January, 2025 2.00 pm

The Cabinet approved a new Damp and Mould Policy, a new Sufficiency Strategy for Children Looked After and Care Leavers, the school admissions determined arrangements for 2026/27, and the Draft Local Funding Formula for Schools 2025/26. They also agreed that Councillor Vicky Ashworth be added to the membership of the Shareholder Committee.

Crematorium Scheme, Executive Decision - Wednesday, 8th January, 2025 11.00 am

The Executive Decision meeting of Waltham Forest Council on Wednesday 8 January 2025 approved an increase in the budget for the Chingford Mount Crematorium development. The meeting also noted the progress made on the design and delivery programme for the new facility.
