The Greater Lincolnshire Business and Infrastructure Board decided to note progress on the draft Greater Lincolnshire Housing Strategy, provide strategic direction on proposed actions, and endorse the draft delivery plan for further refinement. The Board recommended that the final Housing Strategy be submitted to the Combined Authority for approval on 2nd September 2026. The Board agreed to develop and prioritise a strategic housing pipeline, establish a Strategic Place Partnership with Homes England, and implement the Brownfield Housing Fund programme.

The Business and Infrastructure Board approved nine funding awards from the Growth Development Fund totalling £559,400 on 01 July 2026. Authority was delegated to the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Section 73 Officer and Monitoring Officer, to enter into grant agreements and manage delivery. Expenditure will be phased across financial years.

The Greater Lincolnshire Business and Infrastructure Board noted progress on the defence and security portfolio. This decision was made on 01 July 2026. The Board will continue to make representations to the Home Office regarding the RAF Scampton site disposal.

The Executive Director - Place approved the Stamford, Back Lane No Waiting at Any Time Traffic Regulation Order on 01/07/2026. The decision maker approved the order, noting the recommendations of the Planning and Regulation Committee.

The Planning and Regulation Committee recommended to the Executive Councillor for Highways and Transport that the proposed Traffic Regulation Order for Stamford, Back Lane be approved on 11/05/2026. The committee noted the report and gave due regard to objections received.

The Executive Director - Place approved the Crowland, Postland Road Waiting Restrictions Traffic Regulation Order on 01/07/2026. The decision maker approved the order, noting the recommendations of the Planning and Regulation Committee.

The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority - Employment and Skills Board noted changes to the national careers service and agreed to use its convening powers to bring together local stakeholders to lead local careers services. The Board supported the development of a new Labour Market Information action plan and officers in developing a proposal for GLCCA’s Investment Fund on 22/04/2026.
