The Brentford and Syon Area Forum meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 13 January 2026, was set to cover updates on local campaigns and regeneration projects. Discussions were planned regarding Hounslow's Smokefree Generation Campaign and the ongoing Brentford High Street/Brentford Project. The meeting also included an Open Forum for public contributions and a review of previous minutes.

The Licensing Panel is scheduled to convene to address a premises licence variation application, and to appoint a chair. The main item for consideration is an application to vary a premises licence for 299-303 Chiswick High Road, which has drawn objections and support. Councillors will also be reminded of the need to declare any interests they may have in the matters to be discussed.
