The application for the former lorry park adjacent to Studio 338 was approved with an amendment to a condition and an informative added to the decision. The application for Victoria House was approved subject to conditions and a Section 106 legal agreement. The application about 2B Rathmore Road was deferred until the next Planning Board meeting.
