Councillors approved the appointment of Lisa Marie Williams as the returning officer and electoral registration officer, and also approved a motion to engage with water and sewage providers on capacity investment in the local plan. A motion regarding transparency of member fees was referred to the Standards and General Purpose Committee.

Strategic Sites Committee - Thursday, 3rd July, 2025 2.00 pm

The Strategic Sites Committee of Buckinghamshire Council scheduled a meeting to discuss planning applications, primarily concerning the Wilton Park development in Beaconsfield. The committee was expected to review reserved matters for existing outline permissions and consider a new outline application for additional dwellings.

Permission was granted for the retention of two agricultural buildings at Oakmead in Taplow, but a variation to a condition relating to approved plans for an extension at Rotherfield, in Stoke Poges, was refused.
