...recommend to Council that the calculation of the NNDR1 net yield of £22,047,906 from 3,606 business rated properties be noted and approved for 2026/27, with proportions distributed according to statutory regulations, and that Central Government will reimburse the Council for rate reductions due to new reliefs and multipliers, while also noting changes to the Business Rates Discretionary Relief Policy.

Padel Business Case
