Health and Wellbeing Board - Monday, 19th January, 2026 3.00 pm
The Health and Wellbeing Board met on Monday 19 January 2026 to discuss the implementation of the Health and Wellbeing Strategy, updates on mental health services, approaches to tackling obesity and food insecurity, and the commercial determinants of health. Key decisions included noting progress on the Health and Wellbeing Board Implementation Plan 2025-2030 and endorsing the Whole Systems Approach to Obesity as Lewisham's unified response.
Healthier Communities Select Committee - Tuesday, 11th November, 2025 7.00 pm
The Healthier Communities Select Committee met to discuss the Lewisham Neighbourhood 2 Central 24/7 Community Mental Health Centre, and to hear the findings and feedback from the Reimagining Day Opportunities project. Health and Wellbeing Board - Monday, 13th October, 2025 3.00 pm
The Lewisham Health and Well-Being Board convened to discuss several key initiatives, including updates on health inequalities, flu vaccination campaigns, sexual health strategies, and the implementation of the NHS 10-Year Plan. The board approved the Lewisham, Lambeth, Southwark, Bromley and Bexley sexual health strategy, and delegated approval of the neighbourhood health plan to the chair of the board. Members also received updates on the Birmingham Lewisham African Caribbean Health Inequalities Review (BLACHIR), the flu vaccination campaign, and the Better Care Fund.
