...to recommend to the full council the immediate implementation of proposed changes to Article 21 regarding governance arrangements of council-owned entities, approve proposed changes to the Protocol for Governance Arrangements of Council Owned Entities subject to the council's decision, delegate authority to the Head of Commercial Services for minor amendments to the Protocol, and review member involvement with companies after the 2025 election.

...to approve the recommendations regarding the minutes of the meeting held on 15 October 2024, to provide the Cabinet with comments and observations on the proposal for a Members Agreement with Treveth Holdings LLP and the proposed draft Business Plan, to ensure that performance issues raised during debate are reflected in the Quarter 2 Performance Report, and to support the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy with incorporated feedback from the Committee.

...to approve the updated Committee Work Programme following its mid-year review and to delegate authority to the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Senior Responsible Officer, and Democratic Services Lead to make amendments to the Work Programme as needed.

...to determine whether any further actions were required regarding any particular performance concerns raised in the Council Performance Report for Quarter 2 of 2024/25, following a review of performance and Cabinet's consideration.
