The Wiltshire Council Cabinet met on 11 November 2025 and approved an increase to the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) allocation for the Chippenham Avon Project, as well as the quarterly revenue and capital budget monitoring reports, and the Treasury Management Strategy report. The Cabinet heard announcements from the Leader of the Council and Cabinet Members, and responded to questions from members of the public.

Finance and Procurement Select Committee - Thursday 6 November 2025 10.00 am

The Finance and Procurement Select Committee of Wiltshire Council met on Thursday 6 November 2025, to discuss the council's financial performance, proposed fees and charges for 2026/27, and a motion regarding green tariffs for electricity. The Wiltshire Council was scheduled to meet to discuss a statutory recommendation from external auditors, Grant Thornton, regarding delays in the preparation of the council's financial accounts. The council was expected to consider the recommendation and approve a response.

Council - Tuesday 21 October 2025 10.30 am

Extraordinary Meeting, Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee - Thursday 16 October 2025 10.30 am

The Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee met to consider a call-in request regarding the Cabinet's decision to approve the freehold transfer of the St Stephens Multi-Storey Car Park in Trowbridge to the owner of the adjoining Castle Place Shopping Centre. Councillors who requested the call-in argued that the Cabinet's decision did not adhere to the council's principles of decision-making. The committee decided to refer the decision back to the Cabinet for reconsideration.
