Health and Wellbeing Board - Thursday 11 December 2025 10.00 am

The Southwark Health and Wellbeing Board are scheduled to meet on 11 December 2025 to discuss a range of topics, including updates on the Healthy Work and Lives strategy, the Financial Shield project, the SC1 London Life Sciences Innovation District, and the annual Health Protection report. The Southwark Council cabinet met on 2 December 2025, approving the demolition of Marie Curie House, agreeing to change the strategy for Phase 2 of the Tustin Estate Renewal to accelerate affordable housing delivery, and approving a new resident engagement strategy. The cabinet also discussed and made decisions on school standards, strategic community infrastructure funding, procurement strategies, and several financial reports.

Ordinary meeting, Council Assembly - Wednesday 12 November 2025 7.00 pm

Southwark Council Assembly met to discuss resident's rights, ethical investments, and local funding, among other items. The council approved changes to its committee structure and investment strategy, and reappointed an independent advisor. Motions were passed regarding fairer funding, ethical investments, improvements to Peckham Rye Station, and Thames Water.

Cabinet - Tuesday 14 October 2025 2.00 pm

The Southwark Council cabinet met on 14 October 2025, and agreed to dispose of land for a new care home, adopt a climate and environment supplementary planning document, consult on changes to the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) for student housing, authorise the letting of underground garage space, and award a contract for integrated sexual and reproductive health services.

The Southwark Health and Wellbeing Board met to discuss the South East London Integrated Care System (SEL ICS) Prevention Framework, updates to the 'Support to stay well' theme of the Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy, and to approve the Southwark Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment 2025-28.
