The meeting was due to include community spotlights from the Hounslow Methodist Church and the Shaw Trust, as well as an open forum for questions from the public.

The Licensing & General Purposes Committee were scheduled to meet to discuss and approve changes to the Hounslow Statement of Licensing Policy 2020 to 2025, and to decide whether to retain, modify, or remove the cumulative impact area, based on an updated research report and public consultation. The committee was also scheduled to recommend the updated policy to the Borough Council for adoption.

The Licensing Panel convened to address a temporary street trading licence application and related concerns. Councillor Farhaan Rehman was appointed Chair of the meeting. The panel approved a temporary street trading licence for Non Solo Gelato, despite objections from local residents and a councillor.

The Children and Young People Scrutiny Panel were scheduled to meet on Thursday 19 June 2025 to elect a vice chair, discuss ways of working, and decide on a topic for a deep dive investigation. The panel was also expected to discuss and develop terms of reference, and agree on co-optees.

Annual Meeting of the Council, Borough Council - Tuesday, 27 May 2025 7:30 pm

The annual meeting of the Borough Council of the London Borough of Hounslow was scheduled to include the election of a new Mayor and the appointment of a Deputy Mayor, as well as the establishment of and appointments to various council bodies and outside organisations. Also on the agenda was a request to waive the six-month rule for Councillor Sukhbir Singh Dhaliwal due to ill health.
