Easement Report

...to grant delegated authority to the Director of Environment and Regeneration, in consultation with the Leader of NPT Council, to agree and enter into an Option Agreement with Mynydd Fforch Dwm Wind Farm Energy 2021 Limited for an easement in perpetuity on Council-owned land for road widening and electrical apparatus works related to the proposed Mynydd Fforch Dwm Wind Farm, subject to certain obligations and the granting of necessary consents.
