The Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee of Doncaster Council was scheduled to review the council's financial performance and key performance indicators for the second quarter of the 2025-26 financial year. The committee was also set to examine the performance of St Leger Homes of Doncaster Limited and review the council's work plan and forward plan of key decisions.

Council - Thursday, 27th November, 2025 2.00 pm

The Doncaster Council meeting scheduled for 27 November 2025 included discussion of borrowing approval for the South Yorkshire Airport City project, the adoption of a revised licensing policy, and a review of councillor code of conduct breaches. Councillors were also scheduled to discuss committee seat allocations and the appointment of members to the Independent Remuneration Panel[^2].

Audit Committee - Wednesday, 26th November, 2025 10.00 am

The Audit Committee for Doncaster Council convened a meeting to address key financial and governance matters. The agenda included the audit committee action log, breaches and waivers to the council's contract procedure rules, the internal audit progress report, and the statement of accounts and annual governance statement. Also scheduled for discussion was the Grant Thornton Auditor's Annual Report 2024/25.

Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee - Friday, 21st November, 2025 9.00 am

The Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee was scheduled to meet to discuss the Doncaster Delivering Together Borough Strategy Refresh, and to review the Overview and Scrutiny Work Plan and the council's Forward Plan of Key Decisions. The meeting was also scheduled to include a period for public statements.
