Warwickshire County Council's cabinet has approved the submission of a proposal for a single unitary authority to the government, following a full council debate on 14 October 2025. Portfolio Holder Decisions/Leader Decisions - Friday 17 October 2025 3.00 pm

Councillor George Finch, Leader of the Council and Portfolio Holder for Children & Families, approved the addition of two Section 106[^2] developer-funded schemes to the capital programme. These schemes involve providing real-time information displays at bus stops in Bulkington and accessibility improvements at bus stops in Stretton-on-Dunsmore. Councillor Finch also authorised the Executive Director for Communities to procure and enter into contracts to implement these schemes.
